Internal activities
Interested in always keeping the good relation between our staffs and, consequently, guaranteeing the quality of our production, the Medquímica develops several internal activities.
- Gymnastics in the company: In a partnership with the SESI, every day before each turn, in all the sectors, there is the practice of exercises to prevent the appearance of illnesses. The Medquímica contracts qualified professionals of the SESI to co-ordinate the activities for, from now on, forming facilitators agent that will continue the activities. The main objective is to promote the adoption of a healthy life style, aiming the betterment of the quality of our worker’s life.
- Seminary of Quality: accomplished annually, in this event the collaborators of the company with the objective to stimulate the productivity and develop the conscience of the necessity of the quality in the production. Moreover, the seminary is a form to recycle and to integrate the staffs of the company.
- Sales Convention: Every year, the Sales Convention from Medquímica is a meeting of managers and representatives of all Brazil to evaluate the accomplished sales and to project performance strategies.
- Internal Fraternity: There were 5 years, the Medquímica staffs had a meeting and formed the internal fraternity. All the mount of money comes from the unusable materials for the plant that are recycled. This money is reapplied in internal activities, as distribution of school material for the children of the staffs, accomplishment of commemorative events and others.
Some more important dates are also commemorated as: Woman’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Children’s Day and Christmas.
